Tequila cocktail Red Grasshopper

Ingredients:

2 ounces Tequila

1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

¾ ounce rich honey syrup (3:1 honey to water)

Smoked paprika for garnish

 

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients, except the garnish, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish the surface of the drink with a light dusting of smoked paprika.
