Mezcal cocktail Mezcal Sour

Ingredients:

2 ounces Mezcal

1 ounce simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)

¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

 

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. (No garnish.)
